No-Bake Protein Breakfast Bars

I have been trying to eat a balanced breakfast, but I need something that’s easy and isn’t full of mystery ingredients. These protein bars cover all my bases, and I can grab one on my way out the door and eat it on my way to work. Filling, healthy, and no-bake!

no-bake-protein-breakfast-barsThis one has it all.  Fruits, veggies, carbs, fat, nuts, and of course, protein.  I used vanilla flavored protein powder in these, and I’ve also swapped between almond butter and peanut butter – both are good.
easy-no-bake-protein-barsDid I mention these bars are no-bake? So simple! I forgot to add the carrot in this batch, so there are no veggies in the bars pictured. Whoops!
easy-protein-barsThese bars are my perfect breakfast – I don’t think there’s a single recipe I’ve made more often than this one.  There isn’t really any flavor from the carrots or flax, most of the flavor comes from the protein powder, the banana and the oatmeal.  They’re really easy to make.  Give them a try!
