I have a slightly unhealthy obsession with making things ridiculously spicy. However, just about every recipe can be toned down to the level of spiciness that you prefer, and this one is no exception. Creamy Greek yogurt helps soothe the burn.
This recipe is incredibly simple. Greek yogurt, lime zest and juice, habanero sauce, garlic, and a little salt and pepper. It’s as easy as that. Let the flavors marinate overnight for even more flavor.
Try it as a dip or a drizzle, I’ve used it on everything from tacos to salads. It would be excellent as a dip with coconut shrimp, or as a fish taco sauce. It’s such a great boost of flavor that after the first batch disappeared I immediately made another double batch and put it on just about everything.
