Truffles are so elegant and classy, it’s almost embarrassing how easy they are to make. These truffles are intensely chocolate, tinged with orange-tangerine. Seven ingredients, about ten minutes of actual working time, and they’re even dairy-free.
The incredible chocolate content of these truffles means all you need is one to get your chocolate fix…but you don’t have to stop there.
In a small saucepan, melt together chocolate, coconut milk, tangerine zest and orange extract. Refrigerate for an hour then form into 1-in balls.
Roll them in your palms until they become a little melty, then douse in cocoa powder.
Serve with a tangerine for an extra aroma of citrus.
